Following guidelines of local, state and federal health officials, the CDC and the WHO, we have begun re-opening our hearing centers. However, the health of our patients, hearing care professionals and associates remains our top priority. For more information and a list of the locations that are open, click here.

Comprehensive Audiological Hearing Evaluations

All audiology services begin with a complete and accurate hearing evaluation.  This determines the type and degree of hearing loss.  Our audiologists counsel the patient and make a plan of treatment that will meet each individual’s needs.

At the beginning of the hearing evaluation, the patient’s medical history and specific hearing concerns are discussed.  Then the ears are checked for earwax and the condition of the ear canals and eardrums are assessed.  Hearing testing is conducted with the patient seated comfortably in a sound proof room while they listen for various tones and words.

If the testing shows some degree of hearing loss, treatment options are discussed.  All efforts are made to provide the best treatment options that meet each patient’s particular needs.  If test results indicate that there may be a treatable medical condition, a referral will be made to the appropriate medical professional.
